This website is run by Anpsthemes LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, United States, at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801. We trade as ANPS Agency and also run ANPS Themes (anpsthemes.com). Our team works from Ljubljana, Slovenia. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Anpsthemes LLC.
Use of this website
You may browse the site, read our articles and share links to them. When you use the site, please do not:
- break the law or anyone else’s rights;
- send spam, malware or false information through our forms;
- try to get into parts of the site or server you are not allowed to access, or disrupt how the site works;
- scrape or copy the site in bulk.
We may change, pause or remove any part of the site at any time.

The text, design, illustrations and code of this site are © Anpsthemes LLC unless we say otherwise. You may quote short passages from our articles if you credit us and link to the original. For any other use, ask us first.

Project briefs and proposals
Sending a brief through our contact form or by email is a request for information. It does not create a contract and does not commit you or us to anything.
- Estimates, proposals and prices we send are for discussion. They only become binding once both sides sign a separate written agreement.
- That agreement sets the scope, price, timeline, ownership of the work, confidentiality and liability for the project. If it conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.
- Budget ranges, timelines and case studies on this site are examples, not quotes or promises.
- If you want a non-disclosure agreement before you share details, tick the NDA box in the form or ask us by email. We will send one before you share anything confidential. Until an NDA is signed, please only send information you are comfortable sharing.
